  • 1. Go to our loyalty website - coffeeculture.ourloyal.co.nz and click on 'I've got my Culturecard and it's my first time here!'  
  •  You’ll be asked for your Culturecard number and your email
  • If the email you provide matches the one we have on file for you – YAH – you’ll be sent a link to reset your password. Once you’ve done this you can come back, log in, and check your balance.
  • If the email you provide doesn’t match, you’ll get an error message. Please contact us at talk@coffeeculture.co.nz and we’ll come back to you to get it sorted.

You can use it for anything and everything at any Coffee Culture store and every time you use it, you'll get a discount on your hot drinks - tea, chai, hot chocolates, and Canterbury's most loved espresso coffee.

Replacement Cards


We’re happy to replace your card but we’re asking for a $2 donation to the Coffee Culture Charitable Foundation. This enables us to cover the cost of the new cards and we’re hoping to raise a stack of cash to help with our two major initiatives: supporting local high school students through our Achievement Awards and supporting the children of Papua New Guinea where we source some of our beans.
